I use found images & sounds to create paper collages and audio soundscapes which try to explore what is really going on beneath the often-bland everyday surface.

Inspired equally by Max Ernst, the paranoia of William Burroughs and musique concrète sound techniques, my work reflects a place in which nothing is ever quite how it appears and a reality which is always prone to shifting. Why did you overhear that snippet of conversation in the street? What is that book illustration really trying to say? Can you recreate dream logic through random selection? Paranoia or is the truth trying to reveal itself?
